Billing & Manual Settlements

GlobalEd uses a manual settlement system to support agencies in regions with restricted international banking.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click "Modify Plan".
  3. Select your desired Tier (e.g., Pro, Enterprise).
  4. Choose Monthly or Yearly (20% Off).

The Settlement Process

After selecting a plan, you will see the Bank Transfer Details.

  1. Make the transfer (Bank or Wallet like eSewa).
  2. Note the Transaction ID.
  3. Take a screenshot of the receipt.
  4. Upload both in the "Finalize Settlement" dialog.

Our finance team approves requests within 12-24 hours. Your limits are typically lifted immediately upon provisional approval.
